Rain likely in Ctg, Sylhet

Rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions on Thursday.

However, the weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, according to a weather bulletin issued by the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD). 

Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.

On Wednesday, the highest temperature was recorded at 33.5 degrees Celsius in Sayedpur, while the lowest temperature was recorded at 18.9 degrees Celsius in Tetulia on Thursday.

In Dhaka, the sun will set at 5:16 pm on Thursday and will rise at 6:08 am on Friday, the bulletin added.
