JU admission test begins on December 21

The admission test for Jahangirnagar University's 2025–26 session is scheduled from December 21 to December 31.

This was decided in a meeting of the JU Central Admission Management Committee, according to Md Ali Reza, deputy registrar and member secretary of the committee.

The online application portal will open on November 23, with the deadline for submissions on December 7.

As in the previous year, tests will be conducted across seven units and institutes—A, B, C, C1, D, E, and IBA—and all exams will be held on the JU campus.

This year, the pass mark has been increased to 45 percent from 35 percent, Mr Reza said.

The application fee has also risen by 10 percent, he added.
