PM’s three programmes on Eid day

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will take part in three programmes on the day of Eid-ul-Azha.

He is set to join the main Eid congregation at the National Eidgah in the capital at 7:30 am, said Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman.

Later, the premier will go to Sher-e-Bangla Nagar to visit the graves of his parents, Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, and offer Fateha there.

Following the visit, he will go to his Gulshan residence.

In the afternoon, the prime minister will attend the traditional Borokhana (feast) to be hosted by the armed forces at Dhaka Cantonment.
