Bangladesh reach SAFF final for third consecutive time

Bangladesh has reached the final of SAFF Women's Championship after defeating Nepal 2-1. 

The reigning champions have written a comeback story despite falling behind in the high-voltage semi-final match in Goa, India. 

Nepal's own goal in the last minute of the match ensured Bangladesh's victory. 

With that, the Bangladesh women's team reached the final of the women's SAFF for the third consecutive time.

The first half of the Bangladesh-Nepal crucial semifinal of the SAFF Women's Championship ended in a 1-1 goal draw held at 

the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Margao, Goa on Wednesday.
