ADC Golam Saqlain sent on compulsory retirement over Pori Moni issue

The government has placed Md. Golam Saqlain Shittil, former Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in the Detective Branch unit of Dhaka Metropolitan Police and currently Additional Superintendent of Police at the Jhenaidah In-Service Training Centre, on compulsory retirement. 

The Ministry of Home Affairs’ Discipline-2 branch issued the notification on Thursday, stating that the order would take effect immediately.
