3 more children die of measles symptoms

Three more children have died of measles symptoms across the country in the last 24 hours. 

This information was given in the regular report on measles by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on Saturday.

The report said that three children have died of measles symptoms in the last 24 hours and a total of 660 children have died of measles symptoms from March 15 to July 11. No one has died of confirmed measles in the last 24 hours. 

A total of 93 people have died of confirmed measles from March 15 to July 11.

It said that the number of suspected measles patients in the last 24 hours was 702 and the number of suspected measles patients from March 15 to July 11 was 110,601. 

The number of confirmed measles patients in the last 24 hours was 84, and the number of confirmed measles patients since March 15 to date is 13,410.

The DGHS said that 93,891 people were admitted to hospitals with suspected measles from March 15 to July 11. At the same time, 89,762 people recovered and were discharged from the hospital.
