277 govt officials promoted to deputy secretary

The government has promoted 277 senior assistant secretaries to the rank of deputy secretary.

In this regard, the Ministry of Public Administration issued two separate notifications on Monday.

The officers were also withdrawn from their respective posts and made officers on special duty (OSD).
