Dengue claims 5 more lives in 24 hours

At least five dengue patients died and 839 others were hospitalised in the 24 hours till 8:00am Sunday.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), , three deaths were reported in Dhaka South City Corporation, and one each in Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions.

With the new deaths, the total number of deaths reached to 82.

As per DGHS report, a total of 1,951 dengue patients are now undergoing treatment at different hospitals across the country.
