Livestock Minister Sayedul Hoque passes away

Fisheries and Livestock Minister Muhammed Sayedul Hoque passes away at a city hospital on Saturday morning. He was 75.

He breathed his last at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) around 8:30am. 

A statement of the Ministry of Fisheries And Livestock confirmed the death of the minister to media. 

Sayedul Hoque was on life support at the hospital since August due to old-age complications.  

The minister left behind his wife, a son and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

Sayedul Hoque was born in Nasirnagar upazila of Brahmanbaria on March 4 in 1942.  He completed MA in Economies and LLB from University of Dhaka in 1969.
