ATM booth security guard found dead in city

Police recovered the body of a security guard from an ATM booth of a bank in Baridhara area of Dhaka on Monday.

The body of the security guard, Shamim, 24, was recovered from inside the ATM booth of Jamuna Bank at 'J' block of Baridhara around 6:00am. 

Vatara Police Station duty officer sub-inspector Bilkis Begum said the body has been sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for an autopsy.  

Severe stab injuries were found on the victim's head, said the police officer adding that CC camera footages are being investigated to trace out the killer or killers.
