2 held over Faria-Nusrat murder

Two suspects have been arrested over the killings of two minor girls in Konapara of capital's Demra area.

Police arrested the duo after conducted drives in Demra and Jatrabari areas last night.   

Masudur Rahman, deputy commissioner of DMP Media Wing, said police arrested two suspects -- Golam Mostafa and Azizul -- over the murder.  

Earlier on Monday night, police found bodies of two minor girls -- Nusrat Jahan (4) and Faria Akhtar Dola (5) -- under a bed of a house in Konapara.

Palash Howlader, father of Nusrat Jahan, started a case with Demra Police Station accusing Golam Mostafa and Azizul on Tuesday evening.
