Coaching centres must be closed from April 1

The government on Monday ordered that coaching centres must remain closed from April 1 to May 6 during the HSC examinations. 

Education Minister Dipu Moni informed the decision to media at a press conference at the Secretariat in the capital.

All coaching centres must remain closed from April 1 to May 6 to hold the upcoming HSC and equivalent examinations in free, fair and copying-free environment, she said. 

This year's HSC and equivalent examinations will be started on April 1. A total of 1,351,505 students will be sitting for the exams.
