DU Ka Unit admission test results suspended

Dhaka University (DU) has suspended first year admission test results of Ka Unit under Science Faculty after finding errors caused due to a technical glitch.

After an emergency meeting in this regard on Sunday night, Science Faculty Dean Professor Tofayel Ahmed Chowdhury told the Daily Samakal that the corrected results will be published soon.

Earlier in the afternoon, Vice-Chancellor Professor Md Akhtaruzzaman announced the results at the central admission office with a pass rate of 13.05 percent.

A total of 11,207 students out of 85,879 admission seekers passed the test in against of 1,795 seats under the Science Faculty. The test was held on September 20.
