3 promoted to secretaries

The government has promoted three additional secretaries to the posts of secretary.

The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Monday.

Md Mahbub Hossain, additional secretary of Local Government Department, has been posted as secretary of Secondary and Higher Education Department.

Rownak Mahbub, additional secretary of Technical and Madrasa Education Department, has been posted as secretary of Fisheries and Livestock Ministry.

Dr Sultan Ahmed, chairman of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK), has been posted as secretary of Power Division.

Meanwhile, Women and Children Affairs Secretary Begum Kamrun Nahar has been made Secretary of the Ministry of Information.
