Crude bomb blast near Madhur Canteen

A crude bomb has been blasted in front of the Madhur Canteen of Dhaka University.

The explosion took place around 11am on Monday, said eyewitnesses.

However, no casualties were reported in the incident, said DU Proctor Dr AKM Golam Rabbani.

"A vested quarter is trying to create unrest on the campus," he said.
