Bangladesh Labour Counsellor in Jeddah infected with coronavirus

M Aminul Islam, Labour Counsellor of Bangladesh Mission in Jeddah,  tested positive for coronavirus, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs here on Saturday.

Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen prayed for his quick recovery, reports UNB.

The Foreign Minister urged all officials at Bangladesh Missions abroad to follow the health guidelines properly and carefully.

Aminul Islam has been performing his duties in Bangladesh Mission there in a very efficient way, said the Ministry of Affairs.

He worked with the Saudi administration at a camp in Madina to convince around 4000 Bangladesh workers to go for coronavirus testing procedures.
