No daily briefing on Covid-19 from Wednesday: DGHS

The health authorities said that the daily online briefing on the country's latest situation of Covid-19 will not be held from Wednesday.

Dr Nasima Sultana, additional director general (administration) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), said this during Tuesday's briefing.

She, however, said that the DGHS will inform the necessary information in this regard through its press releases.

Thirty-three people have died from coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, Dr Nasima said.

Moreover, two thousand nine hundred and ninety-six people have become infected with the deadly Covid-19  in the same period.
