HSC admission results published

The government has published the results of the first merit list for class XI admission under the academic session 2020-2021 on Tuesday.

In the first phase, a total of 1,277,721 students got the college of their choice. Some 64,972 did not get any college even after applying. 

300,391 students applied for admission to colleges under Dhaka Education Board. Of the admission seekers, 288,298 got the college of their choice. 

Despite applying, 12,093 students did not get any college under Dhaka Board. And the students did not apply for admission at 148 colleges across the country. A total of 2.05 percent students did not get any college after placing application for admission.

The second phase of application for admission will continue from August 31 to September 2.
