Journalist Mizanur Rahman Khan no more

Mizanur Rahman Khan, noted journalist and joint editor of Prothom Alo, has passed away on Monday afternoon. He was 53.

He breathed his last at a private hospital in the capital at 6:05pm, according to Prothom Alo Online.

Mizanur Rahman Khan contracted coronavirus on December 2. Later he was first treated at a private hospital in Dhaka. 

On Saturday afternoon, he was then taken on life support after his condition deteriorated.
