100% pass HSC, equivalent exams, 11.83% get GPA 5

A total of 1, 61,807 students in HSC and its equivalent examinations achieved GPA-5

The total number of examinees was13, 67,377. All of them have passed in the examinations this year.

The results of in last year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations under 11 education boards were published on Saturday.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina unveiled the results through videoconferencing from her official residence Ganabhaban in the capital.

Earlier, Chairmen of 11 education boards – nine general boards, one madrasha education board and one technical education board – handed over their results.

On behalf of the Prime Minister, Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni received the results.
