JS session resumes on Monday

The budget session of the eleventh Jatiya Sangsad (JS) will be resumed tomorrow at 11 am after a six-day adjournment.

The sitting was adjourned till June 14 after passing the supplementary budget for the financial year 2020-2021, reports BSS.

General discussion on the proposed budget for the financial year 2021-2022 will begin in tomorrow’s session.

Earlier, the budget session of the JS started on June 2 and a day after, on June 3, Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal presented the proposed national budget for 2021-2022 fiscal year in House.
