Two killed in 'gunfight' in Keraniganj

Two youths were killed in a 'gunfight' with RAB members in the capital's Keraniganj.

The 'gunfight' took place in the Jhilmil residential area of Keraniganj around 1:30 am on Tuesday.

The RAB said that the two killed were terrorists.

Khandaker Al Moin, commander of the RAB's legal and media wing, said, “The terrorists attacked the RAB at night. RAB men also fired back. Two people were shot dead in the incident.”

The bodies of the deceased have been kept in the morgue of Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
