Second dose of mass vaccination from Sept 7

Director General of the Directorate of Health Services Dr Abul Bashar Khurshid Alam said that the second dose of mass immunization activities will start from September 7 across the country.

He made the disclosure at a function held at the Central Pharmacy Auditorium on Wednesday on the occasion of distribution of ventilators received as a gift from expatriate Bangladeshis to combat coronavirus.

More vaccines will come to the country before the start of the second dose of mass vaccination activities, Khurshid said, adding that there would be no problem in giving a second dose of mass immunization activities.
