HC to form board of directors of Evaly on Wednesday

The High Court will form a board to manage the e-commerce company Evaly.

The court has also set a date for ordering the matter next Wednesday.

The board of directors will consist of a former judge, a secretary, a chartered accountant and a lawyer.

The High Court bench of Justice Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order after hearing a writ petition seeking termination of Evaly on Tuesday afternoon.

Yesterday, October 11, the audit report of e-commerce company Evaly till 2019 has been submitted to the High Court.
