SUST students go on hunger strike

Students are going on a hunger strike demanding the resignation of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUSTU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed.

Students are taking preparation to go on hunger strike from Wednesday noon.

Earlier, the students took position in front of the residence of the Vice Chancellor of the University from 11 am.

Demanding the resignation of the vice-chancellor, students held a press conference in front of the residence of the vice-chancellor of the university at around 10:15 pm on Tuesday.

Then they declared to go on hunger strike to realize their demand.
