No restrictions after Feb 22: Cabinet Secretary

Cabinet Secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam said there would be no restrictions to curb Coronavirus after February 22.

He told reporters at a briefing after the cabinet meeting on Sunday.

The cabinet secretary said the meeting discussed the success of the mass vaccination program scheduled for February 26.

Despite the lifting of restrictions, the meeting emphasized that everyone should adhere to hygiene rules and use masks.

He added that all types of educational institutions will be reopened from March 1.
