Nationwide deworming program begins March 20

The government will conduct a week-long deworming program at all primary and secondary schools across the country from March 20.

At a news conference held at the health directorate on Wednesday, Health Minister Zahid Maleque unveiled the campaign schedule.

During the campaign, four crore children between the ages of 5 and 16 would be enrolled. Each children will receive one deworming tablet.
