Customs offices to remain open during Eid holidays

The National Board of Revenue announced on Wednesday that customs offices will be operating on a limited basis throughout the Eid and weeklong holidays, which will run from April 29 to May 4, to enable the seamless operation of export and import activity at the ports.

However, no customs-related services will be available on Eid day.

The news comes as the country prepares to embark on a lengthy vacation due to weekly vacations, May Day, and Eid holidays, which will begin on April 29.
