No Covid-19 death reported, 2,241 positive cases

Bangladesh has reported no Covid-19 death while it recorded 2,2 41 coronavirus positive cases during the period, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) sources said.

Bangladesh reported 15.23 percent Covid-19 positive cases as 14,712 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, it said.

During the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus infection in Dhaka city and upazilas of the district is 1,814 while no Covid-19 death was reported during the period.

The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,145 people and infected 19,71,602 so far, the statement added.
