70 percent of dead in the fourth Corona wave unvaccinated: DGHS

Director General (DG) of the Directorate General of Health Services Professor Dr. Abul Bashar Mohammad Khurshid Alam said that 70 percent of the dead in the ongoing fourth wave of the corona epidemic did not get vaccinated.

He said that most of the people who are infected with corona virus this time do not have to be admitted to the hospital because they have been vaccinated.

On the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, he said this in response to questions from journalists at an event organized by the Liver Foundation at city hotel in the capital on Sunday.
