Gold bars worth one crore found in wastebasket at Osmani airport

Gold bars worth about Taka one crore were recovered from the trash bin at the Osmani International Airport in Sylhet.

On Tuesday morning, ten gold bars were found abandoned in the garbage basket of the Bangladesh Biman flight from Doha.

The gold bars weighing one kg and 16 grams were illegally brought to Osmani from Doha, Qatar, the officials said.
