Ministerial status for Dhaka mayors, state ministers for N'ganj, Ctg mayors

The two mayors of the city corporations in Dhaka North and South will be elevated to the level of ministers.

The mayors of Chattogram and Narayanganj, on the other hand, will be given the position of state ministers.

The matter was confirmed by a notification sent out by the prime minister's office on Sunday.
