Enamul Bashir's bail revoked

The High Court revoked the bail of suspended Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) director Khandaker Enamul Bashir, who was sentenced to eight years in a bribery case.

On Wednesday, a single High Court bench of Justice Md. Ashraful Kamal revoked the bail and gave this new order. This order was passed as there was no bail application with the original appeal.

ACC lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan confirmed this information. Advocate Farooq Alamgir Chowdhury represented Enamul Bashir in the court.

Khandaker Enamul Bashir was granted bail on Tuesday.
