Bankers' new office timing 10am to 5pm, banking hour extended to 3.30pm

Bangladesh Bank has announced a new office timing for bankers and banking hours for service seekers beginning from November 15.

From November 15, bankers will have office hours from 10 am to 5 pm from Sunday to Thursday, Bangladesh Bank said in a circular on Thursday.

It also said that bankers' existing office hour is 9am to 5pm

However, banking hour has been extended to 3.30 pm from the existing 3 pm, according to the circular.
