Tax return submission deadline extended till Dec 31

The National Board of Revenue has extended the deadline for income tax return submission till December 31.

In view of the global and domestic economic crisis, the National Board of Revenue (NBR) is said to be taking this decision in the face of demands from stakeholders including traders.

According to NBR sources, a notification will be issued in this regard on Wednesday afternoon.

If the time increases, the current year's income tax return can be submitted till December 31.
