Stocks declining since morning

Today's stock trading began with a decline in the morning as investors continue to experience a confidence crisis.

Up to 12:30 p.m., the DSEX, the main index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), fell 4 points, or 0.06 percent, to 6,173.

The DS30 blue-chip index decreased by 0.04 percent to 2,190, while the DSES index of shariah-compliant businesses fell by 0.08 percent to 1,349 respectively.

Prior to the report's submission, revenue was at Tk 91 crore.

On the DSE, 144 stocks were unchanged, while 120 stocks fell.

The Chittagong Stock Exchange's (CSE) Caspi, an all-share price index, dropped 5 points, or 0.05%, to 18,253.

At the CSE, 62 stocks were down, 34 were up.
