DSE edging up, CSE goes down

Thursday's morning session saw a little increase in stock prices on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

At 11:25 a.m., the DSEX, the benchmark index of the largest stock exchange in Bangladesh, increased 4 points, or 0.06 percent, to 6,249.

The total revenue was Tk 111 crore.

Among the securities, 57 saw gains, 94 saw losses, and 116 saw no change.

The Chittagong Stock Exchange's Caspi, an all-share price index, dropped 3 points, or 0.02 percent, to 18,431.

19 of the issues saw price increases, 21 saw price declines, and 15 did not change.
