FBCCI to give Tk 1 crore to Bangabazar fire-hit traders

Md Jasim Uddin, President of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), has said that the apex organization of the businesses will grant of Tk 1 crore for the rehabilitation of the traders affected by the fire incident in Bangabazar in the capital.

The FBCCI president urged all the businessmen of the country to come forward to help the affected business people.

On April 4, a fire broke out in the capital's Bangbazar, and hundreds of thousands of traders in Bangbazar lost everything in the blazing.

Businessmen claim that they have lost at least two thousand crores taka in the fire.
