Farzana Lalarukh appointed commissioner of BSEC

Farzana Lalarukh, Associate Professor of the University of Dhaka, has been appointed as the commissioner of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

The Financial Institutions Division of the Ministry of Finance issued a gazette notification in this regard on Tuesday appointing her for a four-year period.

The salaries, allowances and other facilities of Farzana will be determined as per her agreement signed with the government. The order will come into immediate effect.
