NBR extends tax return submission deadline till Feb 16

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has extended the deadline for income tax returns submission till February 16, 2025.

To this end, the revenue authority issued two orders extending the time for submission of income tax returns for both online e-return and offline filing of paper returns for all taxpayers.

The last date of submitting income tax returns of all categories of taxpayers except those of companies for 2024-2025 fiscal year was January 31.

But for companies, it was February 15.
