12-kg LPG cylinder price cut by Tk 39 for July

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) announced a Tk 39 reduction in the price of a 12-kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder, lowering the retail price to Tk 1,364 for July.

The new price will be effective from 6:00 pm on Wednesday. The price was Tk 1,403 in June.

Prices for other LPG cylinder sizes (5.5 kg to 45 kg) will also decrease, BERC confirmed.

The price of auto gas (LPG for vehicles) has been reduced to Tk 62.46 per litre from Tk 64.30 per litre, including VAT.

BERC attributes these monthly adjustments to international market fluctuations.
