Bangladesh, Hungary ink MoU on nuclear energy

Bangladesh and Hungary have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation in the Field of Atomic Industry Training and Education on Nuclear Energy's Peaceful Uses.

According to a foreign ministry press statement issued on Wednesday, Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen and his Hungarian counterpart Péter Szijjártó signed the agreement in Budapest on Tuesday.

Aside from that, the two ministers also signed a Memorandum of Understanding on a Dhaka-Budapest Diplomatic Exchange Program.

Dr. Momen and Szijjártó, Hungary's trade minister, had a bilateral meeting earlier.
