Dhaka stocks extend gains further

Shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) started the week's opening trading day higher, extending the gains to a seventh straight session.

The benchmark index of the main Bangladeshi stock exchange, the DSEX, rose 33 points, or 0.51 percent, to 6,442 at 12:15 PM. A total of Tk 1,445 crore was earned.

Among the securities, there were 74 price statics, 140 price declines, and 160 price gains.
