4 madrasa students missing in Habiganj

Four students of Bashirganj Purba Noagaon Madrasa under Habiganj Sadar upazila reportedly went missing since Friday afternoon.

The missing madrasa students are Rafid, 13, son of Ahmad Rashid of Bahubal upazila, Imtiaj, 12, son of Abdul Ahad of the same upazila, Shohanur, 11, son of Abdul Awal from Habiganj sadar and Noyan , 12, son of Abdullah Mia from Nabiganj upazila.

According to the police and the madrasa authorities, the four children went to the nearby station area on Friday afternoon to buy Punjabi, a dress to wear, and they have not returned.  

Shahidul Islam, Superintendent of Police (SP) in Habiganj, said no general diary (GD) or complaint was reported in this regard. Though, police are investigating the matter after being known it.
