‘Top terrorist’ held in Benapole

Police arrested an alleged top criminal from Benapole Bazar area on Monday night, reports the UNB.
The arrestee was identified as Killer Sweet, 40, son of Kabir Hossain, a resident of Dighirpar area under Benapole municipality.
Apurba Hasan, officer-in-charge of Benapole port police station, said on secret information, a team of police conducted drive in the area at night and arrested him along with a machete.
A listed terrorist in the area, he is accused in several cases, including for murder, arms and extortion.
