Septic tank gas: 5 workers dead in Jessore

At least five workers died inhaling toxic gas while working with a septic tank in Jessore today.
The dead includes a father and his son.
The incident happened at Keshabpur upazila's Barandali village in the district this afternoon.
The dead were identified as Ahad Ali Gazi, 45; his son, Shafiqul Islam, 23; Abdul Hamid, 22; Iqbal Hossen, 35 and Al-Amin , 28.
Officer in-Charge (OC) of Keshabpur Police Station, Shahidul Islam, has confirmed the dead to Samakal.
The dead bodies have been handed over to the relatives, the OC added.
