4 killed in Natore road crash

Four people were killed and 15 others injured as a bus plunged into a roadside ditch in Natore on Sunday morning.

The road accident took place in Jolarbata area under Singra upazila around 9:30am, said Nasir Uddin Mondo, Officer-in-Charge of Singra Police Station.

The Natore-bound bus from Bogra fell into the roadside ditch in the area after its driver lost control over the steering, leaving the four dead on the spot and 15 injured, he said.

The injured were rushed to Singra upazila health complex, said the OC adding that identities of the deceased could not be confirmed yet.
