Sylhet college girl Khadiza Begum Nargis with her relatives: Samakal
Sylhet college girl Khadiza Begum Nargis who came under attack recently by Sylhet Shahjalal Science and Technology University student Badrul, went her home today.
She was taken home from a flight at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital that was landed at the Sylhet Osmani International Airport on Wednesday noon.
Her close relatives were with her in the flight when the flight was landed at the airport around 2pm on the day.
Earlier a Sylhet court recently indicted Badrul Alam, the accused in the case filed for attempting to murder college girl Khadiza Begum Nargis.
Khadiza was treated at the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) as she was shifted there from Square Hospital in Dhaka.
Khadiza, 23, was chopped by Sylhet Shahjalal Science and Technology University student Badrul on her way back after an examination at Sylhet MC College on October 3 last.
She was first admitted to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital. The following day, she was shifted to Square Hospital in Dhaka and kept on life support.
She underwent critical surgical operations one after another in Square Hospital.
