Woman among 2 'drug peddlers' held in Ctg

The Department of Narcotics Control (DNC), has detained one of the suspected woman drug peddlers in the Chittagong city area on Sunday.
The held is identified as Aklima Begum, 35 who is in the police list of drug peddling in the city.
The authorities held the woman with one of her aides named Md Sumon, 22, during a drive at Kotwali thana's Tulatali slum area, this morning.
They were detained with 380 pieces of Yaba tablets from the slum area on the day, says Inspector Tapon Kanti Sharma of the Department of Narcotics Control (DNC), in the city.
