Faridpur bus-minibus owners call strike

Faridpur's Bus-Minibus Owners' Association has called a strike in the district protesting illegal operation of three-wheelers on the highways.

However, it is assumed that the announcement of the strike came ahead of Saturday's BNP rally in the district.

According to the announcement operations of all buses and minibuses on the streets of Faridpur will remain suspended from 6:00am Friday to 8:00pm Saturday.
